Join us every Thursday at 5:30 for FREE "Yoga Works!"
Eileen Rivers of Blue Heron Yoga in Summit graciously gives back to the community offering 45 minutes of peaceful bliss at our Local Works center. From beginners to the more practiced, all are welcome.
A mask, loose clothing and a mat are all that is required. If you do not have a mat (or a mask), we can provide both. Also, we spread our mats six feet apart to maintain social distancing. Please call me at Local Works (601.600.8345) to reserve your spot.
We would love for you to be with us on Thankful Thursdays for "Yoga Works."
